Using TrackMy.Baby
You need an account to use the service. Keep your login secure and only share access with people you trust.
Your content
You own your data. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can delete it on request.
Acceptable use
No illegal activity, abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Payments
One-time payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change for future purchases but not retroactively.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may update features, pricing, or these terms; continued use means you accept changes.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid for TrackMy.Baby.
